Tools:

 

  • Modules of value creation factors: can be used on the remanufacturing context aiming to support on the definition of important resources of your business. You can have on the table available in your template to understand more about this tool.

  • Financial Business Planing Spreadsheet. Please, download it here. You are going to use this tool to caculate resources regarding personnel and resources investiments (see tab 3 and 4 of the spreadsheet). You are going to use the Financial Business Planing Spreadsheet during the Steps 6, 7, 8 and 9.

 

 

 

The resources are the assets required to offer and deliver all the elements of a business model.

 

Before starting to fill out your template, read all the information available below, concerning the inputs, tools and outputs, which are also described in the tables.

 

In the end of this step, you should be able to answer the following questions (extracted from Business Model Generation website):

  • What Key Resources do our Value Propositions require? 

  • What Key Resources do our Distribution Channels require?

  • What Key Resources do our Customer Relationships require? 

  • What Key Resources do our Revenue Streams require?
