WEBPAGE: READ THE PAGE OF THE CHOSEN DIMENSION
The webpages summarize the activities suggested under a defined order:

Definition of the dimension and list of objectives to reach.

Descriptions of important attributes and their potential options to be considered for the elaboration of your free outputs,

Free output process: Described input information is to be processed by tools in order to shape your free outputs.
TEMPLATE: CHOOSE YOUR OPTIONS FOR EACH ATTRIBUTE
The webpage presents the attributes valid for the dimension you are currently defining for your business model. Once you chose one of the answer options, tick the appropriate box on the MS Word template. If the attributes does not apply in your case, ignore it.
TEMPLATE: USE THE CHECKLIST TO PREPARE INPUT INFORMATION
The checklist information is available in the MS Word template for each dimension. It is designed to help you collect the information to be processed in order to create your business model.
TEMPLATE: PROCESS INPUT INFORMATION WITH TOOLS
Once the input information is available, use it with the analyse tools suggested within the template. Additional information about the tools is available on each dimentions' webpage.
TEMPLATE: WRITE YOUR FREE OUTPUTS
The tools output needs to be detailled either in the MS Word or MS Excel template. Once finished, please proceed with the next dimesion from step 2 to step 6.

The dimensions are numbered to suggest an order in which the guidelines should be filled, however this order is not mandatory

Within the word template, you will find relations between the attributes from different dimensions. You can navigate by clicking on the links suggested.

Dimensions 1 to 5 are exclusively managed under the MS Word template. Dimensions 6 to 9 are managed under both templates. We advise you to priorize the dimesions 1 to 5 before filling the MS Excel template.
