  • Which one of our customer’s problems are we helping to solve?

Tools:

 

  • Criteria to select products that are candidate/have potential to be remanufactured (Lund, 1985). These criteria are inside if the spreadsheet listed in following.

  • Technology Roadmap for Remanufacturing (Cunha et al, 2011): it can be used to support strategic decisions for future investments in the remanufacturing sector. Through the creation of technology paths, potential conflicts for realization remanufacturing of production equipment are presented. The roadmap covers market drivers, product features and technology solutions. This research supports the identification of the paths that should be followed to improve the remanufacturing of a specific product and to plan the development or acquisition of new technologies to satisfy the market drivers.
